The wind was blowing terribly and it was bitter cold. I was not prepared with gloves or a cap to keep me warm. However, the sunset was captivating and I couldn't leave without giving it a try. The reason I call this picture Dancing Lights is due to the small amount of vibration the camera made during the shot because my lightweight tripod wasn't sturdy enough against the wind.
